Heidi Ellis Is Named New Managers Of Tanger Outlet Center In Blowing Rock

Tanger Outlet Center, one of the nation’s leading outlet shopping center companies, is pleased to announce Mrs. Heidi Ellis has been employed as the new General Manager of Shoppes on the Parkway, Tanger’s Outlet Center in Blowing Rock.
In her new position Mrs. Ellis will be responsible for day to day operations of the Tanger shopping center including maintenance, marketing as well as customer and community relations.
“Heidi is a great addition to our team,” remarked Betty Coleman, Vice President of Operations for the Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. Ms. Coleman made the announcement from her office at the Tanger corporate office in Greensboro. “She brings a wealth of experience and a winning attitude to our organization,” she said.
Prior to joining Tanger Mrs. Ellis was Manager/Marketing Director for Boone Mall for eight years. A native of Watauga County, Heidi’s family roots run deep in the Blowing Rock area. She graduated from Appalachian State University in 2002 with a Master’s Degree in Special Education.
Located adjacent to the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway, the Tanger Outlet Center in Blowing Rock is one of the state’s most popular tourist destinations. Last year, 1.8 million bargain hunters shopped and saved at Shoppes on the Parkway.
