Sharing Christmas

No holiday party, concert, or family gathering speaks more about the true meaning of Christmas than the sharing between residents and school children at Blowing Rock Hospital - a tradition that began years ago. Students from Blowing Rock School’s third grade joined patients and residents for a celebration of the season. Together they enjoyed special music, stories and refreshments provided by Hospital caregivers and volunteers. A special guest was Mrs. Santa Claus who easily holds the attention of both young and the young at heart at this past Tuesday’s party at the Day Room of the Extended Care Facility.
