It’s Official!
Now Its Chief Brown

Family, friends, municipal officials, fellow employees, law enforcement officials from other law enforcement agencies and even a class from Blowing Rock School were on hand Friday, December 1 for the swearing in of Blowing Rock’s new Police Chief, Eric Brown. Mayor J.B. Lawrence administered the oath of office in front of the large group in attendance at Town Hall. Chief Brown steps into the position following the retirement of Chief Owen Tolbert.
